
Hybrid Notary
1. Book Your Appointment
Select a date and time that works best for you.
2. Check Your Email
You'll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link for your appointment, along with a follow-up email outlining key requirements:

Government-issued photo ID

Do not sign the document before your appointment

A video-capable device (laptop or phone)
Please email your document to theknetwork.legal@gmail.com at least one hour before your appointment for review.
3. Prepare Your Document
Complete all required fields but do not sign until instructed by your notary.
4. Meet Your Notary Online
Join the Zoom meeting at your scheduled time. Your notary will verify your photo ID and guide you through the signing process.
5. Sign Your Document

Physical document: Sign with a pen while your notary witnesses, then scan and email the signed document for notarization (photos not recommended).

Digital document: Sign electronically and email the signed copy for commissioning.
6. Provide Your Mailing Address
Email us your mailing address to arrange courier delivery of your notarized document.
7. Pay Online
An invoice will be sent via email. Payments can be made securely through eTransfer or our encrypted payment gateway.
8. Receive Your Notarized Document
Once payment is received, your notarized document will be mailed to you along with a tracking number. Expect delivery within 1–3 business days!
