Effortless Online Notarization

1. Book Your Appointment
Select a date and time that works best for you.

2. Check Your Email
You'll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link for your appointment, along with a reminder to:
 

• Have a government-issued photo ID

• Not sign the document before your appointment

• Use a video-capable device (laptop or phone)

Please send your document to theknetwork.legal@gmail.com at least one hour before your appointment for review.

3. Prepare Your Document
Fill out your document but do not sign until instructed by your notary.

4. Meet Your Notary Online
Join the Zoom meeting at your scheduled time. Your notary will verify your photo ID and guide you through the signing process.

5. Sign Your Document
 

• Physical copy: Sign with a pen while your notary witnesses, then scan and email it for notarization (photos not recommended).

• Digital copy: Sign electronically and email the signed version for commissioning.

6. Complete Payment
An invoice will be emailed to you. Pay securely via eTransfer or our encrypted payment gateway.
7. Receive Your Notarized Documents

Once payment is received, your commissioned documents will be emailed to you immediately!
