Mobile Notary

How It Works

1. Book Your Appointment
Select a convenient date, time, and location for one of our notaries to meet you. Please note: We provide mobile notary services and do not have a physical office. Appointments are available within the County of Simcoe and surrounding areas.

2. Prepare Your Documents
Fill out your document in advance, but do not sign until instructed by the notary.

3. Meet Your Notary
Your notary will arrive at the scheduled location. Please have a valid government-issued photo ID ready.

4. Complete Payment
The notary will confirm the total cost and provide an e-invoice. All major payment methods are accepted.

5. Receive Your Notarized Documents
Your notarized documents will be provided to you on the spot during your appointment.
